Now #covid19 has struck and this is advice seems more relevant than ever.


You may have noticed our deeper connections with friends, family, colleagues and clients, are who are supporting us right now in the early stages of crisis.


And most likely when these times are over, we will all be on the other side together.


This is why building trust in your relationships and your community matters and this is exactly when that trust 'pays off'.


It's not how many followers you grow... it's how many remain.
